The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Sleepy Eye (HRASE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households. Please note: The HRASE does not offer a Public Housing community for families. The HRASE offers one Public Housing community with 45 units for senior/disabled households. There are two ways to apply: Visit the HRASE to pick up a pre-application, located at 313 4th Avenue SE, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085, during normal office hours.Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (507) 794-5101 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all assets, proof of all income, savings and checking account statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The HRASE does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
