The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Montgomery (HRAM) Public Housing waiting list for 3-bedroom units is currently open, from July 9, 2019, until further notice.There are three ways to apply:Call (507) 364-5650 to request an application by mail; from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday.Send an email to [email protected].Pick up an application at the HRAM Office, located at 300 Oak Ave. SE, Montgomery, MN 56069, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be either:Mailed to the HRAM Office at the address above.Dropped off at the HRAM Office at the address above; from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday.Emailed to [email protected] waiting list has the following preferences: Veterans, Elderly, Disabled, Working/Employed and Resident of Montgomery.Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, after sorting preferences.For more information, visit the HRAM website.
