The Dakota County Community Development Agency Youth Supportive Housing waiting list for apartments at Lincoln Place is currently open.Applications are being accepted from the earliest confirmed date of March, 2019, until further notice.Please note: According to the DCCDA, "Lincoln Place serves homeless youth and/or youth who have a disability between ages 18-24 in single-occupancy units.
