The Cloquet/Carlton Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open, since at least December, 2018, until further notice.There are four ways to apply during the opening period:Download and print the application online here. Select the "Public Housing Application" link in the Public Housing section on the left of the page.Request an application by mail by sending an email with the applicant's full name and address to [email protected] an application by mail by calling (218) 879-3353, Ext. 10, and leaving a message with the applicant's full name and address.Pick up an application at one of the following locations:The front entry of Aspen Arms, located at 950 14th St, Cloquet, MN 55720.The front entry of Woodland Pines, located at 201 Spruce Ave, Carlton, MN 55718.The CCHRA office, located at 950 14th Street, Suite 126, Cloquet, MN 55720.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the CCHRA office at the address above.Income limit information can be found here.The following documentation is required with the application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, photo IDs, and income.This waiting list has the following preferences: Residents of Carlton County, veterans, victims of domestic violence under the Violence Against Women Act, fire/flood significance, elderly, near elderly, disabled.For more information, visit the CCHRA Public Housing page, or the CCHRA website.
