The Wakefield Housing Commission (WHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for for senior/disabled individuals. Please note: The Public Housing program for families and currently closed. The WHC offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the WHC to pick up an application, located at 26 Crescent Street Wakefield, MA 01880-2430 during normal office hours.2. Download the application here, then print and complete. Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time. The WHC has a preference for veterans.
