The Traverse City Housing Commission (TCHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The TCHC offers two Public Housing communities with 136 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the TCHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 150 Pine Street, Traverse City MI 49684, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thurday; and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The TCHC does not have a preference.
