Applications were last accepted from September 18, 2019, until October 19, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application.According to the MSHDA website, "no paper applications will be available or accepted."This waiting list had the following preferences:Family that has been terminated from its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program due to insufficient program funding.
