Evart Housing Commission (EHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The EHC offers one Public Housing community with 109 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the EHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 601 W. First Street, Evart, MI 49631; from 8:00 am until 12:00, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete. Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:00 am until 12:00, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, photo IDs for all adult household members, provide child custody papers, proof of all income, and previous landlord information.
