The East Tawas Housing Commission (ETHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals. Please note: The ETHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families. The ETHC offers one Public Housing community with 41 units for senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply:Visit the ETHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 304 W. Bay Street, East Tawas, MI 48730, during normal office hours.Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to to include copies of these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
