The Battle Creek Housing Commission (BCHC) Homeownership Program waiting list is currently open, since at least March, 2019, until further notice.There are two ways to apply:Download and print the application online here. Select the "Application Form" link.Pick up an application at the BCHC office located at 250 Champion Street, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET.Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:Mailed to the BCHC office address above.Dropped off at the BCHC office located at the above address during office hours.This waiting list has no preferences.Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.For more information, visit the BCHC Homeownership page here, or the BCHC website here.
