Housing Authority of the City of Brewer (HACB) Dirigo waiting list for Efficiency, 1 and 2 Bedrooms is currently open. This waiting list opened on August 1, 2017, and is open indefinitely.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Pick up an application at the HACB office, located at 5 Colonial Circle, Suite 1, Brewer, ME 04412.Request an application by calling (207) 989-7890.Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.Please note: The HACB prefers applicants apply in person so all necessary documents are provided, and all required information has been provided on the application.This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly; disabled; family (more than 1 person lives in the household); resident of Brewer Eddington, Holden , or Orrington; working 35+ hours per week or full-time student.Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.For more information, read the HACB public notice, visit the HACB website, or call the office at (207) 989-7890.
