The Wicomico Housing Authority (WHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open in May 2015 and there is no notice of when it will reopen.To apply for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, applicants were required to stop by the WHA office to pick up an application, located at 911 Booth St., Salisbury, MD 21801, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.Once the application was been completed, it could be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Please Note: If you mailed the application, it must have been postmarked by May 29, 2015.This housing authority did have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Wicomico County.For more information, the WHA can be reached by calling 410-749-1383 during normal office hours.
