Applications were last accepted on July, 2014.There are two ways to apply during the opening period: Complete the online application here.Complete an application in person at the HCAAC Admissions & Occupancy Department, located at 7483 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.This waiting list has the following preferences:Substandard Housing (3 Points)Involuntary Displacement (3 Points)Paying in Excess of 50% of Income for Rent (3 Points)Living or Working in Anne Arundel County (1 Point)Working Family (1 Point)Further explanation of each preference can be found here, on Page 10.
