The Swansea Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals. Please note: The SHA does not offer public housing for families. The SHA offers one public housing community with 8 units for senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the SHA to pick up an application, located at 100 Gardner's Neck Road, Swansea, Bristol County, MA ,between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on Monday-Wednesday and Friday, and on Thursdays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
