There were three ways to apply during the opening period:Download and print the online application.Pick-up an application at the LHA office.Complete the application at the LHA office..Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been either:Mailed to the LHA office.Dropped off at the LHA office.This waiting list had the following preferences: Involuntary displacement from a natural disaster or government action, working families, Elderly, Disabled, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Victim of Domestic Violence, or Veterans.
