The Dedham Housing Authority (DHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families. Please note: The DHA does not have a federal public housing program for senior/disabled individuals. The current wait for federal public housing is approximately 10 years. The DHA offers one federal public housing community with 24 units for families. There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the DHA to pick up an application, located at 163 Dedham Blvd, Dedham, MA 02026, during normal office hours.2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (781) 326-3543 during normal office hours. Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. The DHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Dedham.
