The Barnstable Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The BHA does not offer federal public housing for families.The BHA offers one public housing community with 68 units dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the BHA to pick up an application, located at 146 South St., Hyannis MA 02601 during normal office hours.2. Download the application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The BHA does have a preference for veterans, and applicants that live and/or work in Barnstable.More information can be found by visiting the BHA website at http://www.barnstablehousing.org, or by calling 508-771-7222 during normal office hours.
