The Housing Authority of Rapides Parish (HARP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HARP offers one Public Housing community with 178 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HARP to submit a pre-application in person, located at 119 Longford St, Boyce, LA 71409, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income. All adult household members must be present when applying for Public Housing.The HARP does not have a preference.
