The Housing Authority of Bossier City (HABC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. The HABC offers four Public Housing communities with 436 units for families and senior/disabled households. To apply, visit the HABC to submit a pre-application in person, located at 805 East First Street, Bossier City, LA 71111, from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm CT on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to bring these original documents when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The HABC does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
