The Madisonville Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. Please note: The one bedroom waiting list is currently closed. Senior/disabled households can apply for a two bedroom if they qualify. The MHA offers one Public Housing community with 186 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. There are two ways to apply: Visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 211 Pride Ave, Madisonville, KY 42431, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security cards for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
