The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list is currently open, since at least April, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.To apply, complete an application at the HAC office, located at 2300 Madison Avenue, Covington, Kentucky 41014; on Mondays only, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm ET.Please note: According to the HAC, all adults who will be living in the Section 8 household must be present and you must have all of the items listed below."
