The Housing Authority of Cadiz (HAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. The HAC offers one Public Housing community with 75 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 117 Lincoln Ave, Cadiz, KY 42211, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling (270) 522-3916, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income. All adults must be present when returning the pre-application. The HAC does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
