The Topeka Housing Authority (THA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open from June 2015 until June 2016, and before that in June 2014. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.There were three ways to apply during the opening period:Visit the THA to pick up a pre-application.Request to have a pre-application mailed or faxed.Request to have a pre-application emailed.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must have been mailed or hand delivered to the THA.
