The Salina Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families. Please note: The one bedroom unit waiting list for single occupancy and seniors is currently closed. The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 163 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms. To apply, visit the SHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 469 S 5th St., Salina, KS 67401, during normal office hours. Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
