Iron St., Paola, KS 66071, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (913)294-4731, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
