The New Castle Housing Authority (NCHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2015, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Pick up an application at the NCHA office, located at 274 South 14th Street, New Castle, IN 47362.Call (765) 529-1517 to request an application by mail.Once the application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the NCHA office, at the address above. This waiting list has the following preferences: Living and/or working in New Castle, victim of domestic violence, employed, homeless, disabled, veteran, or elderly.For more information, visit the NCHA website.
