This Housing Authority offers three apartment complexes: Coloma Homes is located in Rock Falls, and has 125 units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms for families and elderly/disabled individuals Garden Homes is located in Rock Falls and has 40 units dedicated to elderly/disabled individuals. Civic Plaza I is located in Rock Falls, and has 100 units dedicated to elderly/disabled individuals.
