About this waiting list
The Quincy Housing Authority (QHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed. To apply, visit the QHA office located at 540 Harrison St., Quincy, IL 62301, or have an application mailed to you by calling the office during normal business hours 217-222-0720. Once the application has been completed you must hand deliver it to the above address to complete the application process. Be sure to have birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adults on the application. All adults must be present at the office when dropping off the application.
