The Richland County Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waitin list applications for families and elderly disabled individuals. The Housing Authority offers three apartment complexes with the utilities included for the elderly/disabled individuals, and one 2 bedroom apartment complex with gas, water, and garbage included in the rent for families. The also have 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes the include gas and garbage in the rent located in the towns of Olney and Noble.
