The Southwestern Idaho Cooperative Housing Authority (SICHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for all counties is currently open, since at least March 1, 2019, until further notice.There are two ways to apply:Download and print, the application online here. Scroll down below the list of counties, and select the application link.
