The Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency (MMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The MMHA offers two Public Housing communities with 150 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply: Visit the MMHA to pick up a pre-application, located at City Hall â 215 Sycamore Street - Muscatine, IA 52761 during normal office hours.Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
