The Fort Dodge Municipal Housing Authority (FDMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The FDMHA offers one Public Housing community with 165 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply: Visit the FDMHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 700 South 17th Street, Fort Dodge, IA 50501, during normal office hours.Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
