Please note: The Tri-City Housing Authority covers Talbotton, Woodbury, and Woodland, GA.The Tri-City Housing Authority (TCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. Please note: The approximate wait time for housing is 2-3 years. The TCHA offers two Public Housing communities with 66 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, you must call the TCHA to make an appointment to submit an application. The THCA can be reached by calling (706) 674-2316, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, Tuesday-Thursday. Be sure to include these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The TCHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.
