This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Thomson, Georgia.The Thomson Housing Authority (THA) Public Housing waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted every Wednesday from May 26, 2021 until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.Once the application was completed, it was returned to the THA.This waiting list had the following preferences:An applicant who is a veteran with an adult family member enrolled in an employment training program, currently working twenty-five (25) hours a week, or attending school on a full-time basis. For applicants who are currently working, employment shall have been held for at least the past six (6) months. This preference is also extended equally to all elderly families and all families whose head or spouse is receiving income based on their inability to work.
