The Housing Authority of the City of Sylvester (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The HACS offers two Public Housing communities with 260 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 411 N Jefferson Street, Sylvester, GA 31791, from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours listed above, Monday-Thursday. Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
