The Housing Authority of the City of Sparta (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 24 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 800 Dyer Dr, Sparta, GA 31087, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday, and from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, on Thursday. Once the application has been completed it must be hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The HACS does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.
