The Housing Authority of the City of Soperton (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families ands senior/disabled individuals. The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACS to submit an application in person, located at 7414 Eastman Road Soperton, GA 30457, between the hours of 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying; birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The HACS does have a preference for victims of domestic violence and applicants that have verifiable income.
