The Housing Authority of the City of Nahunta (HACN) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The HACN offers one Public Housing community with 41 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACN to submit an application in person, located at 101 Burton St, Nahunta, GA 31553, from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying for housing. The HACN does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: working family, and live and/or work in Nahunta.
