The Housing Authority of the City of Madison (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 66 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an information packet, located at 509 Madison Ave, Madison, GA 30650, from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
