The Housing Authority of the City of Ellijay (HACE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families. Please note: The waiting list for seniors is currently closed. The HACE offers one Public Housing community with 110 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACE to pick up an application, located at 29 Green Cir, Ellijay, GA 30540, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, child support statement, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The HACE does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the application is received.
