The Housing Authority of the City of Carrollton (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The HACC offers two Public Housing communities with 235 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply:Visit the HACC to pick up an application, located at 1 Roop Street, Carrollton, GA 30112 during normal office hours.Download an application online here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, you must call the HACC to schedule an interview appointment at (770) 834-2046 Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
