The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.There are two ways to apply:Download and print the application online here.Pick up an application at the NSBHA office, located at 1101 South Dixie Freeway, P.O. Box 688, New Smyrna, FL 32170, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm ET, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.The following documents are required with the application: Birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, landlord verification, bank statements, green card, proof of citizenship, or passport, if not a natural born U.S. citizen, if pregnant, proof of pregnancy, verification of continued employment, and three months of paystubs, and verification of current address.Preferences have not yet been confirmed.For more information, visit the NSBHA website, or call the office at (386) 428-8171.
