The Windsor Housing Authority (WHA) waiting list for Project-Based Voucher apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 6, 2016, until June 8, 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.There were three ways to apply during the opening period: Complete the online application available on the HATW website.Download and print the application available on cthcvp.org.Obtain an application from the June 4, 2016 issue of the Hartford Courant.Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been mailed to the WHA. Only applications postmarked between June 6, 2016 and June 8, 2016 were accepted.Preferences have not yet been confirmed.50 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.Applicants placed on the waiting list will be notified by mail by July 8, 2016.For more information, visit the WHA website.
