The Vernon Housing Authority (VHA) Francis J. Pitkat Congregate Living Center Elderly (62+) waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2019, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Open and print the application online here. Select the "Congregate Living Center Application" link.Email the Leasing Office at to request an application.
