The Stratford Housing Authority (SHA) State Moderate Rental Public Housing Program waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for two days in December, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application at the Raymond Baldwin Apartments Community Building.Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been dropped off at the Raymond Baldwin Apartments Community Building.600 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
