The Seymour Housing Authority (SHA) Assisted Living waiting list is currently open, since at least June, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.Please note:The SHA Assisted Living program offers 1-Bedroom units at Smithfield Gardens Assisted Living.According to the SHA, "To qualify for the assisted living community, you must be at least age 65 and require assistance with at least one activity of daily living (i.e. medication management, showering, meal preparation)."Smithfield Gardens Assisted Living is mix-financed by the State of CT Assisted Living Demonstration PILOT program and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.There are two ways to apply:Download and print the application online here.
