The Manchester Housing Authority (MHA) waiting list for Elderly (62+)/Disabled Public Housing apartments is currently open.The MHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from November 1, 2021 at 8:00 am ET, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Complete the online application here.Pick up a paper application at the MHA office, located at 24 Bluefield Drive, Manchester, CT 06040.Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:Dropped off to the MHA office, either in person or in the drop box at the address above.Mailed to the MHA office at the address above.Faxed to the MHA office.
