As of July 2017, the Housing Authority of the County of Montezuma (HACM) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply:Download and print the application online here.Visit the HACM to pick up an application, located at 37 N. Madison, Cortez, CO 81321.Request an application be mailed by calling (970) 565-3831.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
