There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.Please note: This opening was only for individuals and families who have a family member who is non-elderly (between ages 18 and 61), and has a verifiable disability, and is either experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness or is transitioning out of an institution or segregated setting primarily for persons with disabilitiesTo apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. This waiting list had the following preference: Applicants receiving supportive services with Aurora Mental Health, Atlantis Community or Developmental Pathways.Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preference.For more information, visit the HACA website.
