The Delta Housing Authority (DHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open indefinitely.There are three ways to apply:Download and print the application online here. Click the link titled "Click here for the Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Pre-Application."Pick up an application at 501 14th St, Delta, CO 81416, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm MT, Monday-Friday.Call (970) 874-8387 from 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, to request an application by mail.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.The following documentation is required with the application: Birth certificates, social security cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and signed form HUD-52674 for each adult household member.There are no preferences.Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.For more information, visit the DHA website, or call the office at (970) 874-8387, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
